Product Description
The Holy Trainer V4 (Nano) is one of the shorter, more discreet tubes in Holy Trainer's bio-resin V4 range, for wearers who prefer a compact, low-profile cage. Like the rest of the V4 line it uses an integrated lock and a closed-tube bio-resin design for discreet, long-term wear.
About the Holy Trainer V4 family
The notes below describe the Holy Trainer V4 range as a whole and apply to every size — only the tube length differs between the Nub, Nano, Small, Standard and Maxi cages.
Design and construction
The Holy Trainer V4 is crafted from bio-resin, a material noted for being lightweight and durable, which aids comfort during extended wear. It uses a closed-tube design that fully encloses the shaft, minimising movement for a snug fit and limiting space for expansion.
Key features
- Bio-resin construction: lightweight and durable, suited to long-term wear.
- Integrated locking mechanism: secure closure without a separate padlock, reducing noise and discomfort.
- Closed-tube design: full enclosure of the shaft for privacy and security.
Practical use & maintenance
The V4 is designed for discreet wear under clothing during daily activities, and the integrated lock removes the need for a traditional padlock. The closed-tube design requires regular cleaning to maintain hygiene and ventilation.

Holy Trainer V4 Review
I LOVE everything about the Holy Trainer V4 Nano.
The size. The shape. The angle.
Even the name "Nano" seems delightfully taunting. It's impressive...ly small. Purposely small. It commands an expectation of a restrictive confinement.
It's snug. Deliciously snug. Combine that with the signature downward angle (and even slightly pulling feeling) from Holy Trainers, and you get an experience that does not disappoint... for short term wear, anyway.
Unfortunately Holy Trainers in general are not great for long term wear without requiring frequent hygiene breaks.
Worth exploring as a cage option, especially for getting used to shorter term lockups and building up.
Overall rating: 55/100
