Getting Ready for Locktober

Sent September 6, 2026 · by Phalanx

Hi —

We've officially reached the first weekend in September, which means we are under a month away from Locktober, the month where some of us will challenge ourselves with a lengthy chastity sentence in some way. Personally, I have never participated in Locktober. I like having regular sex with my wife to much, and she is still willing to give it to me, so it's hard to pass up those unlock chances! That said, I have always had great respect for those who take this opportunity to push their limits.

If you're planning on partaking in Locktober this year, a couple early resources:

1.) Although I have not personally participated in Locktober, ChasteGPT has ingesteda lot of Locktober content from those of you who have. Check out our Locktober Prep Guide here.

2.) If you're in the market for a full steel male chastity belt, Behind Barz has you covered. The U.K.-based brand's Locktober sale is in full effect with 11 different designs priced at a discounted rate. The company notes that any belts ordered by September 15 will be received by October 1.

I have owned one of Behind Barz's BBCB belts for a couple years now. While not practical for daily use in my opinion, I still value it as a key part of my collection. You can read my more complete thoughts here, in response to a Reddit user who was considering upgrading to a full chastity belt.

New on ChasteGPT: Paradise's Surge

This week, the Surge cage from Paradise Cages joined the ChasteGPT leaderboard after we ingested new ratings which pushed the cage over the minimum threshold. Paradise is a custom designer of titanium cages, and its Surge cage is an enclosed design with Prince Albert support. It debuts on the ChasteGPT leaderboard with an initial rating of 70.5. Check it out here.

Badass Workroom

Behind Barz

M Chastity * Beginner Friendly Silicone Chastity Sleeve: This cage is made from soft, flexible silicone and instead of a solid base ring, there is a silicone strip that you wrap around your balls and lock. It seems like the connection between the ring and cage can simply be unbuttoned without a lock. Obviously, this cage is not secure at all. M Chastity says it is geared toward beginners who may be intimidated by an “overly restrictive cage.” Price: $37. * Snail House Vortex Cage: Referred to as a “detachable modular design,” this one has a transparent or pink “shell” that can be added or removed. When removed, the cage is effectively an ABS locking cock ring. When added, the cage more closely resembles a typical nub-style cage. Price: $59.
